RunWalk provides two independent timers for a healthier fitness program: running for a selected time followed by walking for a selected time. Leading running experts advocate this method for longer, pain and injury free exercise. You'll still get the same benefits of running during your walk time. You can select vibrate and sound alerts to let you know when to change activities. Start your iPod playing and then start RunWalk. Select the type of alerts you want, the times for running and walking and get going. Helpful hints: make sure your iPhone is not silenced start nike+ or iPod app first, then RunWalk
